Abstract

This research explores optimization strategies for SAP Sales Order Processing, focusing on reducing processing time, minimizing errors, and improving data accuracy. The study evaluates the role of advanced technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) in automating repetitive tasks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing decision-making. Additionally, it examines the integration of SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution) with other enterprise systems to improve workflow and data synchronization.
