AI-Enhanced Blockchain for Secure and Transparent Voting Systems
Abstract
The integrity of voting systems is crucial for maintaining public trust in democratic processes, but traditional systems are vulnerable to fraud and manipulation. This paper introduces an AI-enhanced blockchain framework for secure and transparent voting systems. The blockchain component provides an immutable and transparent ledger of all votes cast, ensuring that election results cannot be tampered with. AI models are then applied to this data to detect anomalies and ensure the accuracy of the vote count. Smart contracts automate the voting process, ensuring that only eligible voters can cast their ballots and that votes are accurately recorded. Our evaluation shows that the AI-enhanced blockchain framework improves the security and transparency of voting systems, reducing the risk of fraud and enhancing public confidence in the electoral process. This approach offers a scalable and robust solution for conducting secure and trustworthy elections in both traditional and digital environments.
