Abstract

This research paper delves into the ethical implications surrounding the development and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. It examines the challenges of ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI algorithms, particularly in sensitive domains such as healthcare, criminal justice, and finance. The paper reviews existing frameworks for ethical AI design and proposes strategies to mitigate bias, discrimination, and unintended consequences in AI systems. By analyzing case studies and discussing regulatory approaches, this paper aims to contribute to the ongoing dialogue on ethical AI development and implementation.
