Abstract

Preventive healthcare aims to mitigate risks before diseases manifest, and AI is playing a pivotal role in this transformation. This paper examines the use of AI for early risk assessment through wearable devices, lifestyle data analysis, and predictive modeling. It discusses the effectiveness of AI-driven health coaching systems in promoting behavioral changes and reducing the prevalence of chronic conditions. The study also addresses ethical concerns around data privacy and the digital divide in accessing AI-powered preventive tools.
