Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the field of medical diagnostics by enabling early and accurate detection of diseases. This paper explores the integration of machine learning models in analyzing medical imaging, electronic health records (EHRs), and genetic data to identify patterns indicative of early-stage diseases. Case studies on AI applications in cancer detection, cardiovascular disease prediction, and rare disease identification are discussed. The paper also highlights challenges in data privacy, algorithm bias, and the need for regulatory frameworks to ensure safe and ethical implementation.
