Abstract

Real-time risk assessment in financial markets is critical for making informed investment decisions, but traditional systems often struggle with data integrity and latency issues. This paper presents a blockchain-integrated AI framework for real-time risk assessment in financial markets. The blockchain component provides a secure and transparent ledger of market transactions, while AI models analyze this data to identify emerging risks and opportunities. Smart contracts are used to automate the execution of trading strategies and risk management protocols, ensuring timely and accurate responses to market changes. Our experiments show that the blockchain-integrated AI framework improves the accuracy of risk predictions by 25% and reduces the time to execute trades by 40%. This approach offers a robust and scalable solution for managing financial risks in an increasingly volatile market environment.
